IMPORTANT: Do not Thaw.
Step 1: Preheat pan using high heat for 3 min and lower to medium high heat.
Step 2: Take frozen Pizza out freezer.
Step 3: Remove packing (plastic wrap and round cardboard).
Step 4: Place frozen Pizza in the pan for 7 to 8 min.
Step 5: Use lid to cover Pan for 1-2 min or until cheese is fully melted.
Step 6: Slice it. Listen to the crunch. If it does not sound like the Yukan Crrrruunch, place it back in the skillet for another 2 min.
IMPORTANT
Do not Thaw.
Do not use:
Air Fryer
Microwave
Oven in Convection mode
Do not use solid trays.
Use Pizza screen (Recommended).
... or Pizza stone (Optional).
Step 1 : Preheat oven to 415°F (215°C).
Step 2: Take frozen Pizza out freezer.
Step 3: Remove packing (plastic wrap and round cardboard).
Step 4: Place frozen Pizza in the middle rack until border of crust is brownish (14-15 min)... this is key.
Step 5:Slice it. Listen to the crunch. If it does not sound like the Yukan Crrrruunch. Place it back in the oven for another 2 min.
KEY NOTES:
- If baking 2 Pizzas, place them in the same rack. Do not place one under the other.
- Ovens can perform differently depending on type and models. Follow the baking instructions carefully and make the time adjustments until you get the Super Crunchy Yukan Crust.
For Reheating use the Yukan way (Pan) to bring back the Crrrrunch
