Yukan is a delicious gluten free choice. You just need to be creative and the outcome is top notch!! I particularly added some mozzarella, oregano, Radicchio rosso, mortadella and tartufo olive oil and it turned out spectacular!!! Delicate and crusty base, gluten free pizza is possible to be really wonderful with Yukan!!
